Full Life Transitions offers integrated sober living and clinical services for adults in recovery. Located in Winston Salem, North Carolina, the program provides individual and group counseling, relapse prevention and life skills groups through master’s level clinicians. 

Their mission is to build a foundation for lasting sobriety by combining stable housing with a structured clinical program. The clinical staff use a tiered billing system. Some counseling services may be eligible for insurance reimbursement.

Sober Living With Clinical Support

Full Life Transitions specializes in a unique sober living model where residents receive help from qualified counselors. This program is designed for adults aged 25 and older who are stepping down from treatment.

Residents live at the Stratford at Hillcrest while attending scheduled clinical sessions at Full Life Counseling. Treatment focuses on developing practical relapse prevention skills and processing the challenges of early recovery.

Rooted in 12-Step Recovery

A cornerstone of the Full Life Transitions approach is its strong emphasis on 12-step recovery. The program requires residents to actively participate in the recovery community, attend meetings, and work with a sponsor to reinforce their sobriety.
