Roosevelt House Transitional House is a sober living residence in Phoenix, Arizona, that offers structured recovery support for adults overcoming substance abuse. 

Operated by Transitional Living Communities, the program provides daily counseling, case management, and relapse prevention. The peer-run model emphasizes accountability and practical skills for long-term sobriety.

Three Phase Program

Clients complete a structured three-phase program with mandatory Big Book study, 90 meetings in 90 days, relapse prevention classes and weekly peer counseling. 

The goal is to help you understand the cause of your addiction and develop effective coping mechanisms to avoid substance use. Additional support includes family counseling, anger and stress management, mindfulness meditation and smoking cessation.

Serving a Diverse Population

Roosevelt House serves adults aged 18 and older of any gender who are seeking recovery from substance abuse. 

The program accepts HIV-positive individuals and reviews indiivduals with criminal histories on a case-by-case basis.

The facility is located just a few minutes away from downtown and the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. The neighborhood offers small businesses, local employment opportunities, and convenient access to public transit and urban amenities.
