Long-Term Supportive Housing

Harmony House’s Permanent Supportive Housing program serves chronically homeless individuals with intensive substance abuse case management, mental health counseling and life skills training. With no maximum time limit, clients can remain as long as needed to stabilize their recovery and transition toward independence.

The person-centered approach ensures each individual receives tailored support addressing their unique goals.
