About Colonial Park House

This transitional housing program offers gender specific residences for men and women, focusing exclusively on peer supported community living. Six small scale homes emphasize accountability, personal responsibility and gradual reintegration into daily life.

Gender Specific Homes for Men and Women

The program serves adult men and women in separate fully furnished residences totaling 18 beds across six houses. This intimate setting provides an abstinence based environment with zero tolerance policies and regular drug testing. Requirements for Work, School or Volunteering

Clients follow structured routines including 20 hours per week of employment, education, or volunteering within the first two weeks. An 11 PM curfew reinforces accountability, with exceptions for night shift work. Semi private bedrooms, shared spaces, Wi Fi, and proximity to shopping help residents practice independent living.

The program here provides structure through house rules, peer support, and employment connections. Payment is private pay or self pay, as insurance doesn’t cover sober living.
